Having been let down by their previous contractors, Winder House Developments required a reliable landscaping team to restore and maintain an overgrown site on behalf of their end client.

The grounds included a large grassed area, extensive hedges and shrubs that had become overgrown, and pathways heavily affected by weed growth — all of which negatively impacted the overall presentation of the site. 

 The priority was to bring the site back under control and then maintain it to a consistent standard, with minimal disruption to occupants and without ongoing contractor management from Winder House Developments. 

Following a site visit, we proposed a structured maintenance plan focused on both restoration and long-term consistency. 

This included:

• Regular cutting and edging of the large grassed area, finished with stripes to lift overall presentation
   
• Formative cutting and reshaping of hedges and shrubs to create tidy, defined structure
   
• Bringing weeds under control across borders and along pathways using targeted treatment
   
• Introducing a clear, repeatable schedule supported by a client portal for visibility and accountability
   

Once the site was stabilised, we moved to a fortnightly grounds maintenance programme, focused on keeping grass growth consistent and weed pressure managed throughout the season.

All work was planned and delivered to minimise disruption and reduce the need for client oversight.

 We now provide fortnightly grounds maintenance at the site, including:
