 Sulzer Chemtech Limited required a reliable landscaping team to restore and maintain the grounds at their Middlesbrough office.

 Following a site visit, we proposed a structured restoration and ongoing maintenance plan, focused on improving site presentation and keeping it that way.

This included:

• Cutting and maintaining lawn areas to a consistent height and finish
   
• Restoring shrubs and hedges by cutting back overgrowth and removing brambles
   
• Bringing weed growth under control in borders and across pathways using targeted herbicide application
   
• Using fungicide treatment where required to control moss growth and maintain a clean overall appearance
   
• Implementing a clear, repeatable fortnightly schedule to keep the site consistently presentable
   

We also supported Sulzer with ad-hoc works when needed — including time-critical tasks completed ahead of a mayoral visit — ensuring the site was presentation-ready without disruption.

 We now provide fortnightly grounds maintenance at Sulzer Chemtech Limited’s Middlesbrough office, including:
